On the ground floor there are three rooms flowing into eachother : living (14m2) - dining (12m2) - kitchen (12m2) and a big bathroom with a shower. There is also a little wild citygarden, which needs some green fingers to keep it beautiful(cutting the grass and the fast growing plants is enough).
